I found an old Khokhloma spoon at home and decided to recreate it as accurately as possible. I became interested in this topic because this particular style was invented in the 17th century in the vicinity of the city where I live. It was also the first serious project where I started using zbrush. For this work, I used udim tiles, which allowed me to create an almost seamless material from 3 sets of 8k textures. Renderings were produced in Unreal Engine 5 in path tracing mode, and a small cinematics with lumen and rtx. I hope you enjoy it.
